Who
PS Technology, Inc. (PST) is an enterprise workforce management software provider specializing in rail crew management and timekeeping solutions. PST has been working with the Rail Transportation Industry over 20 years and has market share dominance in crew management and timekeeping products. Our initial product, System for Crew Assignment and Tracking (SCAT) and our current and next generation product, Rail Workforce Management Systems (RWMS) were developed as expert systems, utilizing decision and control tables to provide configurable computer solutions in the labor intensive task of crew dispatching and timekeeping.
PST’s SCAT / RWMS solutions have become the mainstay for more than 90% of the Class I railroads and is the number one choice for a large percentage of the short-lines as well. Our new timekeeping application is quickly becoming the industry standard.
Leveraging our staff’s combined experience of over 200 years of crew management and timekeeping experience solving complex labor issues, developing, marketing, implementing and maintaining our products for the transportation industry, PST brings substantial industry expertise and successful project management that has resulted in zero customer turnover and continued company success.
