Ashok Fichadia
President & CEO
Ashok Fichadia background includes a broad range of experience in business management and software engineering complimented with over 10 years of experience with Union Pacific Railroad. During his career, he has been involved in solving railroad's business problems via software and technology solutions. Before joining PST, he led transaction automation efforts for the customer service center, crew management, and timekeeping departments using self-service applications. This included development of J2EE-based enterprise-class applications that leveraged speech, computer-telephony integration, and call routing.
Jon Jensen
Vice President - Marketing and Sales
Jon has over twenty-five years of highly successful operations and sales management, marketing, administration, information technology, consulting, manufacturing & distribution experience in a variety of industries. His academic preparation includes a Masters of Business Administration degree, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Management. Prior to joining PST in July of 2010, Jon had worked for Union Pacific Corporation for over 13 years in various leadership positions in IT, Sales, and Marketing, prior to that, Jon was in the Consulting Industry. Jon began his career in the Manufacturing sector where for ten years he ran both manufacturing and large distribution facilities for a $250M US based manufacturer.
Ed Williams

Ed has over 35 years of railroad experience including 18 years with PST. During his 17 years with the Denver & Rio Grande Railroad, Ed was involved in many different aspects of the railroad business including the Car Department, Field Data Processing, Revenue Accounting, and IT. Since joining P.S. Technology in 1989, he has been intimately involved in the design, development, and support of over 20 Crew Management and Timekeeping system installations. Ed is currently leading the architecture and design of the new development initiatives as well as assisting the Mainframe development and support teams,
