Ashok Fichadia
President and CEO
His background includes a broad range of experience in business management and software engineering complimented with over 10 years of experience with Union Pacific Railroad. During his career, he has been involved in solving railroad's business problems via software and technology solutions. Before joining PST, he led transaction automation efforts for the customer service center, crew management, and timekeeping departments using self-service applications. This included development of J2EE-based enterprise-class applications that leveraged speech, computer-telephony integration, and call routing.
Julian Caldwell
Vice President Business Analysis and Development
Mr. Caldwell brings 15+ years in the business development and transportation industry. Having worked for the Union Pacific Railroad in a variety of roles in and around the crew industry, he brings of wealth of process improvements and an intense rail industry focus towards PST's technical solutions. He has been involved in many major technical implementations from beginning to end throughout his career in the railroading industry, in and around business intelligence, voice solutions, merger cutovers, and crew management and timekeeping implementations. His experience in process improvement, workforce automation, and lean management principles lead PST’s efforts with Product Development and Research and Development.
Ed Williams
Vice President Product Development - Mainframe
Ed has over 35 years of railroad experience including 18 years with P.S. Technology. During his 17 years with the Denver & Rio Grande Railroad, Ed was involved in many different aspects of the railroad business including the Car Department, Field Data Processing, Revenue Accounting, and IT. Since joining P.S. Technology in 1989, he has been intimately involved in the design, development, and support of over 20 Crew Management and Timekeeping system installations. Ed is currently leading the Mainframe development and support teams, as well as assisting in the architecting of PST's new development initiatives.
